I worked with a Baille Hill House and The Loft at St John’s to create a visual language for two modern properties in one of England’s oldest cities.

I worked with them to create a set of guidelines that they could easily follow with rules of what to do and what not to do when it comes to type, colour, their logo as well as photo and video content.

I also photographed the property and created stills and video content for their social media.
